Ibogaine Treatment for Opiates

Short-acting opiates such as heroin, oxycodone, oxycontin, morphine, codeine, among others can be treated in as little as 7 days. Most short-acting opiate patients are eligible to start ibogaine within one day of arrival.

Ibogaine Treatment for Kratom

Depending on the amount and length of use, our ibogaine treatment programs for Kratom range from 7-14 days. Due to the long half-life of Kratom, Casa Santa Isabel transitions patients to a short-acting opiate for up to 7 days before ibogaine treatment. Without this transition time, the possibility of experiencing withdrawals is very common.

Ibogaine Treatment for Alcohol

Ibogaine treatment programs for alcohol are typically 7 days. However, due to the damaging effects of long-term or high consumption alcohol use, some patients may require extra time for their liver enzymes to return to a level allowing for the safe administration of ibogaine. Due to this, we ask those seeking ibogaine treatment for alcohol to obtain lab tests from their doctor/provider before approving their application. This step allows our medical staff to determine eligibility and the number of treatment days required.
